When Your Shipment Arrives:
Before you sign the delivery receipt, inspect your shipment for any possible damage or shortages.
If your FedEx Ground arrives damaged, call Hatch® immediately at 1-800-624-7968 and we will coordinate the return and/or replacement of the merchandise.
If your Truck shipment arrives damaged, write a note on the delivery receipt describing the damage. Please keep all cartons and packing materials along with your damaged merchandise together and call Hatch® at 1-800-624-7968.
Warranty:
The Hatch® Computer Learning Center™ and TeachSmart Learning System™ components are covered under warranty, please call Customer Service department of more information. The warranty for all other items will follow Manufacturer's Warranty. Call our Customer Service department for specific product warranty information.
Returns:
If you find it necessary to return an item for any reason please contact Customer Service at 1-800-624-7968 ext. 5 to obtain a return authorization number. This will help us process your return quickly and accurately and will ensure you receive a proper credit for your return. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Lifetime Technical Support:
Hatch® provides lifetime, toll-free technical support, a two-year warranty on all parts and labor, interactive on-site workshops and retraining for as long as customers have our Computer Learning Centers operating in the classroom. If you have questions about your computer or want to know how to take advantage of any of these services, please call our Teacher Hotline at 800-624-7968 x 4.
