Kara Lehnhardt is Director of Technology Initiatives at the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership. In her role Ms. Lehnhardt serves as the project supervisor for the Aim4Excellence™ National Director Credential and orchestrates the Center’s technology trainings, online professional development opportunities, and e-marketing efforts. Prior to joining the Center, she directed a child care resource and referral program reaching more than 4,000 early childhood professionals and families each year. Ms. Lehnhardt has developed e-learning tools, created marketing materials for nonprofits, and conducted numerous local, state, and national presentations. Ms. Lehnhardt holds a Bachelors of Arts in organizational communication and Masters of Business Administration.
