Partnering with MyPyramid provides an opportunity for different
communities and different organizations to join together with the United
States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in helping promote the Dietary
Guidelines for Americans.
The USDA has endorsed the Fit 4 You™ kit from Hatch and named Hatch a
partner in the 'Partnering with MyPyramid: Corporate Challenge'
program. Hatch is part of a 3-pronged movement where government,

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with
life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with
hope, strength and joy. The Make-A-Wish Foundation’s primary charitable
purpose is to grant the wish of each child who has reached the age of 2½
years and is under age 18 and who has a life-threatening medical
condition, i.e., a progressive, degenerative or malignant medical
condition that has placed the child’s life in jeopardy. Hatch and the
Make a Wish Foundation join forces to raise awareness and grant funds
annually through joint promotion and funding raising efforts.
A non-profit organization, founded in 1970 to support families by
helping them meet the developmental needs of their children from infancy
through school-age. Northwest Child Development Centers (NWCDC) is
governed by a voluntary Board of Directors that consist of private and
public citizens and parents of four counties, Forsyth, Davie, Davidson
& Stokes. Northwest has the capacity to service 700 children and
families in community child care centers.
In early September of 2008, Hatch and NWCDC had announced their
corporate partnership. The partnership between NWCDC and Hatch is built
on realizing the vision of creating a "model childcare center" where
children will have access to the most developmentally stimulating
